Director Search for 2025 Summer Youth Production

The Exit 7 Players will be accepting Director applications for summer 2025 youth production.

 

Exit 7 is seeking candidates that are experienced working with children and young adults. Candidates should be passionate about developing the acting, singing, and dancing skills of our youth production members while maintaining the production value and integrity of the classic fairytale. Youth productions involve members that are typically between the ages of 8 and no more than 18 years old/graduated senior in high school (or whichever comes first) through the end of the performance dates. Please select titles that are age appropriate for this group of performers.

 

The performance dates are late July / early August of 2025.

(Fridays at 7:30pm; Saturdays/Sundays at 2pm)

Tentative auditions would take place some time in March or early April.

Tentative rehearsals would begin as early as immediately following auditions, but typically by mid-May - rehearsal days/times are at the discretion of the production team.

 

Please complete a form for each submission you wish to be considered (you may submit UP TO 3 titles) and Andy Price (Exit 7 Vice President) will reach out to you regarding an interview. 

 

The due date for submission is September 22, 2024 by 12:01am EST.

 

Interviews will take place at the October 16, 2024 Board of Directors meeting - starting at approximately 6:30pm. Your individual time will be arranged with Andy Price. If you cannot meet on this date, another date prior to this may be scheduled, just let Andy know when he emails you to schedule an interview.
